Ashley recently finished a renovation at our house that included quite a tricky excavation under the house with all that entails. He added stairs to connect to upstairs, a bathroom and some major modifications to our house. Not only is Ashley courteous and neat, he is an excellent builder. He insists on doing a job properly and has a great eye for detail. He has a small team that is backed up by other trades that I found to be very good. Whilst we had proper plans drawn up we made a number of alterations to these plans on the go as the project developed. Ashley and his team were very accommodating in everything we asked for and his advice when we got to tricky situations (which you inevitably do in a reno) was always spot on. I would highly recommend Ashley if you want a great job done by an honest, quality builder at a reasonable price.
